A great Saw!
Easy to setup. Came with everything square and true even though it was badly handled in shipping.

My Favorite Miter Saw from my Favorite tools store.
This is an amazing saw. I am a general contractor and I personally trim all of our projects. I have owned many saws (Bosch, Hitachi, older Makita, DeWalt) and this is by far my favorite. I almost purchased the Festool Kapex but I couldn’t justify the cost so this was a great alternative. I use it in conjunction with my Festool vacuum and I’m very pleased with the dust collection. The addition of the two rubber collection boots and a compatible orifice for the vacuum hose has cut down dramatically on ambient dust. The settings are all sure-footed. The bevel system is different than any saw I’ve used but it’s great. The larger diameter table is a welcome change and back to the feel of the LS1214. My only complaint is the bevel knob and guide arms do occasionally block the view of the material being cut. So happy with it, an excellent saw.
